You'll get a better idea on whats going on. Since you only lived in the Bay I don't think you can make an accurate statement about Norte dominating. apparently it was bloods. I drove by the vigil last week, it's on Malaga Way between Las Tunas ct and La Vetta Ct in front of those apartments before you hit La Loma Drive. The area from La Loma to W La Loma Dr has been the main crime spot in Rancho Cordova for years. There were probably 50 people at the vigil and most of them looked black, I think some latino. But around here there's alot of blacks that kick it with mexicans.
