Gunfight Leaves Neighborhood Strewn With Bullets

TACOMA, Wash. -- Two men were behind bars on Tuesday, accused of firing at each other in a running gun battle that left a Tacoma neighborhood riddled with bullet holes, KIRO 7 Eyewitness News reported.

No one was hurt, but damage from the spray of bullets was evident in the neighborhood, where there were holes in windows, cars and the walls inside homes.

Police said three men fled the neighborhood to Lakewood, where police seized an AK-47-type assault rifle from two men taken into custody.

The men took aim at two other men seen standing alongside a car, but missed their intended targets, police said.

Police said the gunfight may have been between members of rival gangs.

As far as Chicago being that bad........ You have obviously never been here. CHI is the hometown of the Latin Kings, ViceLords, GD Folk, and all Folk and People Nation sets. Chicago has been gangland for a LONG time bro. Belive me, its MUCH MUCH worse than Tacoma. hahahahahaha.

It's cuzz u ain't from the westcoast homie..a lot of niggas on the westcoast know about Tacoma. It's not like a huge city or anything but Crips and bloods have been up there since the 80's. I don't know what it's like nowdays cuzz I haven't been up there for a few years. It actually kinda looks like the Cpt in some parts... I mean it ain't like Chi-Town with those big ass project buildings. I was actually just up there in Chicago like almost 3 months ago and went to the taste of chicago... damn that m.f. was packed!
