The Principal (1987)

Anyone seen this movie cause it's kinda old?

Guy comes in to take over as principal to this school, ends up turning bad ass and taking out some punks with some ese's. Wasn't too gangsta but i thought it was aiight,

Oaktown, "The Principal" was filmed in Oakland, wasn't it? I think it was. I know it looks like Oakland. I mean every single scene.

Anyhow, yes, it was gangsta. Good movie. Everyone was good in it. Belushi, Lou Gosset Jr., the guy that played Victor Duncan, with the raspy voice, forget his name.

I'll be renting this again SOON. Thanks for bringing it up.

i liked that movie man. i thought it was filmed in detroit?

Yeah if its the film i remember then its ok. Reminds me a little of the Substitute

good movie... Jim Belushi could never live up to the comedic talent that his brother John was but Jim is still a funny guy and a great actor. This movie was pretty neat the way the main character dealt with the problems surrounding the school, sort of like that other movie with Tom Berenger, The Substitute, but, The Principal was a better movie
