Man, what the hell are you talkin about? I know for a fact that there are multiple Gangster Disciple sets in ATL. There's also Vice Lords, Black P. Stones, & Black Disciples. Those are all midwest gangs, but they are all official too. I don't know any Bloods, or Crips from ATL, but I know they're out there.

If ScottyO lives in Atlanta he would probably be aware of what is going on there. Sometimes a gang element can be so insignificant that the majority of the people in a city do not know that they are there. So my question is to those who dispute with ScottyO, are these gangs active and visible? And, are these just wanna be guys trying to imitate what they consider to be cool?

On another section of this board, I have a post under Pennsylvania Gangs which goes into detail about the gang situation in Philadelphia. In Philadelphia there was a huge gang problem in the 60s 70s etc. But when I came along the gang problem had just about vanished. But there were a lot of wanna be gansters who tried to emulate their older brothers, cousins, etc. When I used to come home and tell my older brother that "Woodland Avenue" rushed my school bus and asked if anyone was from "Cedar Avenue" he would just laugh and call them a few explatives. Taking the school bus home from high school, we passed through two wanna be gangster hoods. And when we stopped to let students off the bus these gangs would often jump on the bus and threaten people who they suspected were from other gangs. But as I said, these guys were just pranksters.

So is this the case with the Atlanta gangs that you mentioned?

I don't know how recent it is, but I saw some Folk graffiti on a house in Atlanta.

Also, a local police officer is being investigated for corruption and dealing with a gang called the Diablos. Other than that, I haven't heard much about gangs out this way.

One thing for sure is there is bloods in the ATL, since about the early '90s. The graf seemed to be mixed by look of it, was talkin blood but had a VL style.

Some poeple just don't pay attention or don't care. I was chillin in NO off the corner of St.Charles on a mail box, i decided to look more close and this thing had GD all over it, go around the corner and theres a wall with a fat 6 point. I asked the persons I was stayin with that week if GD and etc was big there. They had confused looks on they face until that 1st night of Madri Gras, they came out in force blued up and flaggin.

I think the reason peeps don't pay attention to it out here is because the presence isn't significant. Now, everywhere there is hoods and what not but when I think of gangs, LA and Chi-Town comes to mind. Don't get it twisted - I ain't sayin the gangs weak or those are the only places with gangs but they're not the originals and apparently not many people knowin.

There are definently GD folk, Vice Lords, Bloods, and Crip in Atlanta.

There's also alot of hispanic sets down here too. I also know for a fact there is a Rollin 60's Crip set in West End . It was started by a Crip from Inglewood who moved to A-town in like, 1996. There is alot of them now.
Also, in Decatur there is lots of GD Folk graffiti.

Not sure what part of Atlanta bloods or VL are at, but There's also a hispanic gang called "Riverside" down here. They are growin pretty fast.

Well I know there are I.F.G.B. in ATL. Me being one of them. But my set is in Milledgeville GA. aBout an hour from ATL. In my bity its only a few cKrips and they hide behind the GDz. Thats who we are at war wth. If you ever in GA and travel through the ville. You got BLOOD on the Southwest, Northside, Westside. cKrips on the East with GDz.

About 1 hour away from Atlanta. you ever heard of Makon? Its 20 min. away from makon. There Bloodz in makon, the cKripz are deep as hell ova there too. and they have GDz.

Makon is far from a hicK town. And milledgeville is smaller than makon but we fo real. We just started bicKin it with the Blood in makon. We have this BLOOD day every summer where all the blood in all surrounding Kountiez kome to the hood and we kook out and get fucKed up and BicK it all day. It be like a big as Blood Party

I've wrestled in Macon about 4 times at different shows.

I'm actualy, (when im not working) a professional wrestler for an independent federation/training school that is run out of south Atlanta.
I actualy moved down here from Chicago to try out for WCW, but thats when WWE bought it. But im still here.

Anyway, but yea, Macon was f*ckin hicktown when i was there.
Me and these other 2 wrestlers who were from Jersey and Long Island
were jokin and laughin because we had never seen so many rednecks in one place before. Infact, one of the "bad guy" characters we had wrestling that night got the fans fired up, because he got on a mic and started sayin sh*t like, "I got more teeth in my mouth than all of you combined" Maybe i was in a different part of Macon.

Well its white hicKs in GA period. This the durty. But makon is more blacK than white. And I can tell you that no one blacK in makon was at the wrestling matcKh.....Goto Fort Hill, Pleasent Hill, or Union City. If you in milledgeville, ask about 5th Ward (Bloody NicKel) & Harrisburg. (whicKh is my hood.) Those spotz ring Bellz believe me. Nothing but RED if you roll through the hood. Even old people. But you prolly was right about the hicKs. This Fridays show was canceled because the owner of the facility is gonna be in Mexico the whole weekend running a show down there. (not related to the promotion I wrestle in. That would be the sh*t though.) But next friday were having one. it starts at 9 pm, same time as always, and will end around midnight.
