This is the forum for those who believe that there are other options to gangs and violence and hope to see young people make better choices about their future. Where does change begin?

Does a Gangster in the line of fire have a "Right" to self-defense
even to the act of smokin' the enemy?

You have the right to free will, espeacially in the U.S. There is consequences, because that means you had a loaded gun in your car, well get this it's crazy: In a midwestern state such as; Nebraska you can keep an unloaded gun in your car. So, if someone started shooting I wonder if you could then, just load your gun and shot back for self defense! I don't blame this law! if i'm driving and someone is shooting at me well, hell with it! SElf defense ALL they WAY, but then agian in the eyes of the law like a car accident who started it?

Every single person in these United Stated, be they Brown, Black, White,
Tall, Short, Fat or ugly. Wether they are scare eazy or a full-blooded G's.
They (We) all have a "legal" right to self-defense, even to the point of
smokin' somebody "if it warrented" such an extreme measure.

So you're a G that is being blasted on and fear you gonna grow wings
(or horns, whichever stairs you think you're taking in the afterlife --lol)
you have the right to defend your life -fully legal under the law. . Now,
they might get you for being in possession of a firearm as well as any
other charges they can stack up on you >> BUT, for smokin' your
aggressor >> nope, they can't keep that pinne on you.

But be careful, don't take this as a greenlight to "go looking" because
that is not what "self-defense" is. So don't be putting yourself between
a 187 premediated and fear-for-my-life self defense.

^^What if you owned a licenced fire arm and you killed the person on the street during self defence? Can they pin anything on you?

Wether you're packing heat leagally or illegaly is really not what absolves
you if you smoked somebody in self-defense.

It really boils down to the "facts" of the case and wether or not you any
other ways of preservation or any choice in the matter.

Did you go looking for the problem?

Could you have taken an exit out?

Was there any other force (other than deadly)
that would of stopped or subdued the attack?

It basically comes down to you having a "real" fear for your life.

Having used a reasonable amount of force to stop the aggression.
