I'd like the youngas of London town to come answer your question, because lil' gangs are popping up like neighbourhood infections right now. A foolishness and a destruction of our youth. What the hell happened to positive rebellion. But hey, I'm old school, what do I know!

i myself wouldn't start a gang because it brings too much attention to me and my activities.
plus gangs eventually lead to unnecessary rivalries and beefs that may interfere with my "pursuit of happiness."

thats only gonna last about a month before dudes hit the same area too much and push up police patrols.
and "taking from the rich" works best when you only have to split the loot between 2-5 people.

lets say... all of them are black, or all Mexican, or all Asian.

lets say... all of them are poor.

lets say... all of them look, dress, and talk a certain way.

i got broke white friends that rob too.

Do you ever think sometimes, that some people join a gang because they can't stand up on their own? Sort of like, it takes a few people to do the work of one?
