NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) - Was it a violent crime or a boy defending his mother?
A 10-year-old boy will likely face a felony assault charge in juvenile court for allegedly stabbing a woman Thursday night, in the victim's home on Ashland Avenue.
Police believe the victim, 29-year old Tishnell Davis, got into a physical altercation with the boy's mother and the boy picked up the knife to defend her
Davis was treated for minor stab wounds at Niagara Falls Memorial and released.
