Kinda of like tropical koolaid.

It is a mixture of vodka, cognac, and fruit juice with only a 17% alcohol content it has to be mixed with Hennessy to get drunk. And by the way artificial coloring is added to make it a aqua blue.

The ad agencies get paid millions of dollars by brands to place their billboards in strategic places - I doubt billboards are not needed or the dough would be spent on something else than billboard marketing endevours.

Ad Agencies collect only their commisions, anywhere from 5-15% depending, based on the amount of money Advertisers choose to spend. The owners of the actual billboards (viacom, clear channel, etc) make the most money when you advertise on their billboards, because they charge the Ad Agency or bill the client direct. However, billboards is cheaper to advertise on than tv or radio commercials.

What's a trip is the amount of money liqour or beer brands will dump on promotions, like you ever go to a car show and it's sponsored by Budweiser, they set up a booth for free beer and there are usually females in there serving it? They'll spend millions of dollars on free beer and that type promotion, yet they don't "donate" any money or contribute to AAA or Anti-Drinking and Driving charities. I know nobody puts the gun to your head when you take a swig of brew, everyone has a choice. But if you make it readily accessible, you increase the likelihood of it being used.
