OH ,.....hm
I read one too, ........it was abut ....man called (Carlos) Leder!

Leder flew drugs around Caribian Sea.
In the midde somewhere it describes P.Escobar`s situation in the streets.
I don`t remember well,but first didn`t at all!That is a good one,but J.L.Carree made good novels.

The Westies was a great book and i wish it continued to talk about the Westie after 1992 in the second publishing.

I also enjoyed Underboss and The Mafia Encyclopedia is a must for any organized crime fan.

Born To Kill is an excellent book. It is written by the same author as The Westies. The book is about the Vietnamese gang in New York who took over Chinatown. Both excellent choices.

killing pablo- the guy who wrote it did real good research and wrote a story about the life and death of pablo escobar. After reading it my eyes were opened about the columbian cartels.

I havn't read Shower Posse yet but I mean to at some point.

I highly recommend Born Fi' Dead. It's an excellent read with good information about the world of Jamaican gangs.

“Wiseguy” by Nicholas Pileggi is a classic. It is the book the movie “Goodfellas” was based on. Also, “Five Families” by Selwyn Raab is great. It gives a complete history of the five Mafia families of New York.
