Bangrs/former bangers in pro sports?
Hi
This thread is inspired by the one talking about rappers who were/are bangers.
I wonder if some bangers made it the the highest levels of sports. NBA, UFC, NFL,...
Do you know any?
A few I found on internet:
Marquis Daniels (NBA) - Bloods (set?)
Javaris Crittenton (NBA) - Mansfield Gangster Crips (after joining the Lakers)
JR Smith (NBA) - Bloods (set?)
James Harden (NBA) could possibly be a Blood.
Zach Randolph (NBA) - Hoop Family (if somebody has more details and confirmation)

All pro boxers,
Eddie "Animal" Lopez - Hazard.
Ruben "The Maravilla Kid" Navarro - Maravilla.
Alex "San Fernando Hammer" Garcia - San Fer.
Hector "Boxer" Lopez - Toonerville.
Mike Christian was a pro bodybuilder and crip from L.A.
I don't know about any Mixed Martial Artists.

Thanks for the adds
It's tricky with NBA because a lot of rumors are based on the sign players do that looks like "Blood killer". But I've seen A LOT of players doing it, and to me it's more a sign to celebrate a 3-prs shoot (it's always after a 3-pts).
So John Wall, Paul Pierce and many others have been categorized bangers while I don't really know if it's for sure.
Derrick Rose flashing Gangster Disciples signs? apparently it was just a "bad joke" from a "young naive kid"
