Where exactly in the Bible does God say something like many will try to pretend to be him and deceive the people and such?

Pretty sure someone else will be able to answer this better but I know it staes it in several of the books, for sure in Revelations. Dont know the exact scripture.

Matthew 7:21-23

No Alonso thats not the one. The one I am looking for says something like many will try to pose as him, but really is not him.
