haha i sometimes encounter the same problem, working with a mean hangover is not fun
if there is a wonder medicinge against the hangover i havnt found it,
but fresh air, alot of water, and some fruits help to makes it a little better atleast, to me, best thing is to have a nice little walk outside, but since you at work, i guess the walk is not possible
and smoking tabac makes it worse. weed even worser, again atleast to me

I read somewhere that thats even the main factor in hangovers or at least it makes it way worse, because the tobacco is doing some shit to your brain or something.
Luckily i quit smoking 3 years ago. I remember sometimes i felt like a fucking ashtray after a night out.

yeah i forgot the painkillers, i prefer ibuprofen, its better for the stomach and kills the the pain more efficient, but aspirin does the job too

oh man i noticed that too, your hangover gets meaner if you smoke tobacco while drinking, speacilly if you drink in a bar full of smoke so thick that your eyes burn

Here its Sprite, Coca Cola and Fanta mostly and Dr. Pepper has become more popular recently.

What i also do when i am sick is force myself to eat. Because afterwards either you throw up or your body keeps it and recovers, but either way you are going to recover.

Also an old german recipe against hangovers allegedly is pickled cucumber and pickled herring.
never tried it though, sounds too disgusting when you feel sick.

When i have a hangover, i am mostly very sick and throw up constantly.
I force myself to smoke some pure marijuana and after ten minutes i'm feeling much better and not nauseous anymore.
Littlebit difficult when you have to work, though....

I've never tried this but I seen on the News. One to two hours before you start drinking, you should drink a normal size bottle of Gatorade. Since it was a long time ago I really can't remember, but I think it had to do with all the salt in Gatorade that helps prevent a hangover.

When I use to drink I would smoke too. I had a few friends tell me they did the same thing, and thats how they ended up getting addicted to cigarettes.

They would tell me to quit before it becomes a habit, because they wish they had done so.

Shit, what a pack of smokes is over $5? That's a nasty and expensive habit.

Not saying you prolly won't still feel like shit the next day, but if you can remember to drink a couple glasses of water before you crash, that helps a lot. That head-ache we get is due to dehydration from pissing a lot while you drink. That water will help keep you hydrated while ur sleeping and it'll at least knock out that headache. A Gatorade in the mornings will help that too.

The best advice to avoid a hangover is to do a lot of white powder with your drinks.

Nah, seriously, On X-Mas me and some mates had an awful lot of Bacardi and I had to work the next day. Well, I just sticked to the Bacardi, didn't mix it with beer or other stuff and got about 4 hours of sleep. It worked out pretty cool. I was tired but hadn't have a too bad hangover. It depends on what you drink.

Reminds me of that party the other day. I was pretty loaded and some guy offered a blunt to me. I was like "yeah, sure". Since I smoke every other year or so it fucked me good. Back at home I actually wanted to go for a piss but ended up on the toilet for half an hour just laughing myself away for no specific reason. It was like the first time I had a joint.

I dont know why, but i never liked Jägermeister. I prefer beer to any liquor anyways...But we used to buy those small bottles of vodka and a can of redbull and downed them all together at once. That did the job too and you could have fun for 10 D-Mark an entire evening, lol.

Oh yeah, good old Red Bull days. We got some cans right out of Austria back than. U know, the good stuff... Than we took those, went to the local bar and ordered a beer and a couple of vodkas. Gulped the beer, then filled the glasses with vodka and Red Bull. That did the Job. I don't remember exactly why we did this, think we just wanted to hang out at that place. Anyway, it was all about having a good time.
