I don't know the full context of this speech but that is basically what these people believe. The religion of statism and collectivism, the idea that the individual is less important than the big Nation State or their World government wet dream, where the intellectual elites "who know best" make the decisions for us small minded individuals that don't really know what's best for ourselves. We need the politicians in a far off land where they enjoy the life of royalty, to save us and take care of us. It's pure evil.

The full context of the speech isn't so jaw dropping. Obama may be a good puppet and master manipulator but he isn't stupid.

Um ya I watched the whole speech and this was an edited piece and I do apologize for that. He is still lame though and not because he is black if anyone tries to go there. I could give a damn what color our president is as long as he has a spine.

It was Obama explaining the philosophy of collectivism and the idea that the individual should give up his rights as an individual to be ruled by state leaders. I don't remember exactly how he said it but it was something to that effect. But the YouTube clip took him out of context because he wasn't speaking in favor of this philosophy, he was just explaining it so that he can talk about how were supposedly past the times when his political philosophy was dominant... But somebody took a small clip to make him look more evil. As much as I don't like the president, that was pretty shitty of someone to do.
