The invasion is illegal because it was against international law. It is not conform with the UN-charta. The US does not respect the Geneva convention in their warfare (bombing cities with weapons of mass destruction -> white phosphor grenades -> flesh is melting) and they do not respect afghan warriors to be prisoners of war and so on and so on...
