I was wondering if that still hapens with you all?
I know it may be embarrassing, "but we don't know you", so its ok to speak up.
Its all in confidence

Only with my carnal. Back when I was younger I would share my tramos with my primos and a few close homeboys. Thats just how we grow up, you know, carnal.lonewolf wrote:I remember when we (homeboys) used to to borrow lisas (shirts) and tramos (pants) from each other to expand our wardrobe. It was a natural thing to do during the school years.

O ok I feel you in that situation then.lonewolf wrote:Is not like you wore them all dirty and sh*t.paperinacup wrote:I borrow T-shirts and stuff every once in awhile. But not really pants. You got some dirrty ppl out there.
You took them home, cleaned them, creased them, and then wore them.
Maybe its just me from my poor days, but we did it all the time.
My jefita didn't have the feria to be buying me all those things we buy our young ones today.
Them were hard times, you worked your ass in the summer with your uncles or you pooled with your Homeboys.
We didn't have a business like many do today.
The most was barely enough to have some left for smoking during P.E. or ditching parties. A lil bit here and lil bit there, thats all.
Everybody shared, just like the ride to school, sometimes your a*s didn't get up early enough, therefore the ride got filled up and left, and you had to walk yourself to school (by the way - grab a weapon while you were walking).

Thats a good one Perro, my Jefita hated my stylo of dressing. But for every pair of my tramos that she got rid of I just ended up with a new pair. But she would never give up..LOLlonewolf wrote:WHO EVER HAD THEIR CLOTHES THROWN OUT, OR BURNED BY THEIR PARENTS?
"YOU AIN'T GOING TO WEAR NO GANG CLOTHING" They would say.
When I was growing up, I never had my own clothes. The way it worked was whenever an older sibling or cousin would out grow somthin, it got passed down to the next kid. That was completely normal. They were decent clothes, but you knew that about 6 months ago they belonged to the next biggest kid.lonewolf wrote:Is not like you wore them all dirty and sh*t.paperinacup wrote:I borrow T-shirts and stuff every once in awhile. Standard for younger dudes to do that. After a certain age it’s like “get your own shit!” though.
