Maybe a minority, but it won't be a black person. Noone black will ever be president of the united states.

For those of us who saw the chart of how the votes went...we saw how Bush got the middle of the US, and Kerry and Gore both got the Coasts and a little bit outside the real middle.

Until that changes their won't be a minority President.

believe it or not, many hispanics are becoming the next generation of conservatives...i know that might be hard for you guys to believe, but its true...hispanics are very hard workers and i think they are starting to see that there hard earned money is going to goverment programs that support laziness.

But if you had by chance, a 'minority' conservative candidate against a 'liberal' democrat. Who are the red states gonna go for? With politcal wars so intense, you can bet on the latter. We've already had two blacks three positions away from the top job.

It would have to come from the Republican side first, and as the country becomes more and more polictally divided they will be the ones to push for it. Sooner than you might think.

I belive we will see a Hispanic president in 2012.

By 2020 Hispanics will be half the US population so its only a matter of time.

Never happen. Ethnically they will without a doubt become the majority in the Southwest but it will never be returned to Mexico or become that "Atzlan" or whatever those wackos call it. The American people will never tolerate that.

Half by 2020?

Quarter by 2050, even with the huge influx.

Over a million Hispanic illegal aliens violate our sovereignty every year with 4,000 per day and then we have the legals, the anchor babies, etc.

That still won't be enough to make up half the US population by 2020.
