used to see this all around SGV a few years ago... i heard it's just one guy ...anyone know what i'm talking about?

chico has a meaning in spanish (guy/boy ,or so)
Yugoslavian(ex too) would write čiko(uncle/unknown male adult),or ciko ;would sound like a nick..
Serbs would articulate like siko;a hard s
