M bad let me put it clearer. Alabama has only three big cities. I know there sets in Montgomery, Mobile, Tuscaloosa. Those are the only major city. If he lives on one of those cities then I believe him if not I doubt that his sets banging.

I live in Alabama and I have never heard of any Rolling 40 Hoover Crips, but that is beside the point, because like it has been previously stated it dont matter where you from, you have your real and you have your fake everywhere.
