I received information about gangs in Washington County in Upstate New York. Read the notes below that I extracted from an email message I received.

There strong Crip population in this area and they refer to themselves as the "North Country Crips or NCC".

Crips from NYC ( 4hrs away) were coming up and inititiating the kids. The jail juvenile population is about 80% Crip members.

There is also small population of Neo -Nazi's, skin heads.

Well, based on the info users of this forum have shared and what I've read on the net that could mean some big problems in the future for NYC if that is true.

The reasoning being that if the NYC prison/jail system is dominated by the Bloods and you have a whole big new crop of Crips coming up then?

There is a fair amount of activity in Newburgh, NY. Lots of reports of kids claiming to be members of La EME and a group called the Benkert Barrio Kings. Also, there are many biker gangs (the real deal) around the Upstate Area but they move around alot.
