talking about osama and his crew, how come nobody has tried any other terrorist attempts since the wtc 9/11 in the US?? anything, from car bombs to whatever? it always seems as if those things happen for a reason so later they can put policies and whatever, its not a constant threat

for sure it isnt. and it is very difficult for terrorist to organize something because of americas geographical position. they try to hit the US elsewhere.
and for osama..... i think he is more precious as long as he is alive.

I don't beleive that the U.S. wants to capture that dude or his posse.
If they were to capture him, then most people 'round the world and the U.S. would then tend to beleive that the war on terror is over and drop their guards, thinking they can go back to their previous carefree times.
The dude being free, serves the U.S. purpose well, in the sense that while he is kicking back playing halo, the U.S. can continue on with unpopular foreign policies such as Iraq, and distracting from real issues at home, as well as consolidating more and more power, while restricting personal freedoms and civil rights.
No sir I tell you, the dude is more helpful to those in high places, if he remains a lose treath, than if he was to be caged and done with.
In this day an age of communications and technology, not to mention materialistic/monetary incentives, the claim is made that he is hiding in caves and moving around ridding on a donkey. And after all those others have been caught, none have coughed up any info on his whereabouts? Lol, come on, who are they kidding? I wonder just how many more should be included into that "axis of evil"?

He's likely to be in the mountainous hinterland between Pakistan and Afghanistan - a MASSIVE and wild place, full of fortress compounds, ruled by tribesmen with AK's. THe might of the States aint the right tool to find him it seems.

funny, but it should not be hard to comeup with a list of 10 countries where he may be. We know he is not in North and South America. He is not in Europe.

If he was in Africa, it would be one of the north countries that the Arabs colonized. And in Asia, he can be in a hand full of countries, excluding China, Japan, Israel, Astralia and New Zealand, etc.

The guy must just be good at what he does. But maybe the US does not really want to catch him, because that will stir up more terrorism through resentment. or maybe he is dead already.

I think the Afghans/Pakistanis have been underestimated.
They know the region around north east Afghanistan very well.
You have hundreds of moutains(Himmalaya- pretty high) with thousands of caves.
They created this cave system in order to escape the Russians and they succeeded because this region is not passable or controllable .
Funny how they escape with this stone age tactic the technically most sophisticated army in the world.

I think he must be somewhere around there considering the fact that every inhabitant of that region would give him shelter and rather die than to snitch on him.
