Question two. If Toronto has 1000 homicides a year why don't we hear anything on the news? News agencies love shit like that. It gives them ratings. So if your city has an extremely high crime rate normally it would be posted all over everything. TV, Radio, Newpaper ect.
Question three. Are you telling me that even though your hood is so hard you don't have any slums? Anywhere? Poverty is one of the key ingrediants to a rough city.
