are ther any latin pachucos in l.a if so how do they differ from 1nes in chicago

There aint no gang called "Latin Pachucos" down here but we do have one gang with the Placa "L.P.V." That's "Laguna Parque Vikings" down in the heart of East L.A.

Although this gang is thought of to have originated in Los Angeles it really originated in Chicago around 1986.

The Lp's is a just a different Mob than the Cali one
They Started around 84 on Grand n Mango
But now has lost that hood due to african americans moving into the hood
Not a really big gang,known for a few deals
Hard at war with A's,MLD's,IUK's,SD's,and BFL's

THERE IS ALSO "LATIN KINGS" IN EAST LOS...Or there was a while back... Haven't heard anything about them in a long time...

& just for clarification "LATIN PACHUCOS" is from Chicago

"LAGUNA PARK VIKINGS" IN EAST LOS was around way before 1986...

NOT SURE ON THE EXACT DATE, BUT AT THE VERY LEAST FROM THE 70's

GIBBY, LPV is closer to your varrio, Do you the skinny on them ?

PERSONALMENTE, I HAVE ONLY KNOW 1 VATO FROM "LPV"
BUT I CAN SAY FOR SURE THAT "LPV" WAS ALREADY FIRMLY
ESTABLISHED AS A VARRIO EVEN BEFORE THE 70s.

TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE I DON'T THINK "LATIN KINGS"
From EAST LOS had any relationship with the Chicago "LATIN KINGS"

I think the name was just coincedence....

Im not sure if there was any relation either but Ive met a vato from Latin Kings in Texas and they were apart of the LK from Chicago. I cant remember what he had to say about the east Los LK, but remember there is also a Pasadena Latin Kings too. I know there were also some LK in the SFValley, I think around Reseda or something. From what I remember there wer apart of the CHi LK but I think they tried to be SUR also. Sounds weird but who knows
