Using "13" on gang names outside of California

Im cool with them using it to refer to mexico. But it seems like they all have jumped on it and are using it. wasnt like this 4 years ago.

Fool what are you talking about? "4 years ago."? I have seen that shit for the a very long time. For all I know all hispanics gangs must have the 13 unless they are chapetes. When a gang has the 13 in the back of their name it means that they pay rent to "La M".

I thought it was like standing for AC at first cause 1 = A and 3 = C, so im like wtf buh nvm now i knew that 13 is surenos and 14 is nortenos, espcially in cali. So which has more gangs or is stronger?

I know that there are Central Califas or something, so what is that?

Plus there is the Chicano Nation and Familia Riders.

Crips 13 are copycats to the hispanic gangs originally claiming 13 and copycats to the Crips.

These guys combine these two, so basiclly there are hispanic traditions with these colours and styles.

Surenos aren't the only 1's to use 13, but mainly Nortenos are the 1's to use 14. All the Mexican gangs don't have to use 13, but some idiot on here thought they did. There's Nortenos in the South, but not a lot I guess.

4 years ago? Damn homeboy, you're behind the times. Here in San Anto the Ese gangs have ben claiming X3 for years. Puro Chicano Locos X3, Inner City Locos X3, West Side Varrio X3, Etc. etc. etc. all pitbulls for La eMe. The carnales got a presence in more than just califas. Same goes for my Brothers in the AB. The ABoT got sanctioned years ago and we are still riding hard. Lots of us got jackets and locked down in Ad Seg, but we still have a strong car system wide.

In cali 13 is used to show your alligiance to the mexican mafia so most sureno gangs will add it to the end of their gang name. Outside of cali tho its mostly just stupid foos copying cali
