The 97gc are usually seen on Broadway and east on those long blocks. Judging by the walls they remain very active and very recognized by the 98 Main Streets, 92 and 94 Hoovers.

One if those blocks just east of Broadway they are usually kind of deep and paranoid of passer bys. I'd say they are on deck in my honest opinion as far as where they mark their (small) turf.

You won't hear this too often but counting membership is always hard because you have alot of people who claim they don't bang so they won't be on gang files.

Then you have guys with 2,3 maybe 4 different names so it may look like K Dog, Loco Ken, Kenny Mac, and Baby Horse are 4 people, but it's really just one and then they have little/baby/tiny/ and maybe infant locs.

Sometimes 2 or 3 people may have the same gang name, and so it may look like 4 crazy boy's, but there are really 6 or 7 because of 2 lil crazy's and 2 baby crazy's. You feel me?

Then with guys claiming compton and moving to riverside, or a gang of homies incareserated, it's hard to tell. I think Alonso's maps could help determine the size of a gang but that may not always be the case either.

97GC no longer exist.

Most turned 97ECC, others turned 87GC, and alot more turned 83GC.

Not trying to put you on blast homie but 97GC and 87GC still exist take a ride down broadway starting at colden around 97street you will see their hitups and as you continue down you will see alot of their hitups are cross out by the 94,92hoovers now as far as them being active i dont know but they do wallbang agressively down broadway.
