Shafter CA?
I ran into some dude tatted up with prison ink and talking stuff about Shafter, Ca, VWS13 (V West Side)... Said it was a clika of "Ese Trece"-Shafter 13. Talking like it was deep and he was connected in the pen.. His tats were legit, but he sounded like he ws full of s*%t. Shafter is a little town, kinda by Bakersfield. Anybody know anything about it?

shafter is right outside bakersfield and by wasco. my brother had a friend that lived in shafter and i've been there many times. i never saw any real gang activity there. its a small farming community. they may have some homies there but i wouldnt guess theres very many...
