Is compton really that gangster or are there other parts of cali that are more trouble

well, if you look on the list of the top 10 highest crime rates in the US for cities with 75,000 people or more, compton makes that list every single year...

and last year, compton had the second highest murder rate in the nation after gary indiana...

Yes. Especially with CVTF and the Nutty still there. It is also the 9th dangerous city in the US. So it is as hard as people say it is. Plus it's not even safe to walk in Compton during the day very much.

yeah i've lived in compton but never in oakland. so i can't say about oakland but i know about compton, my hood is very close to compton...

Y.G. i know it's bad in the cpt but i'm in iraq right now!!! less than 24 hours ago we got hit with mortar rounds, these fools got rocket propelled grenades they aint got that in the cpt! as god as my witness i wish i was in compton anyday over this place. killen happens everywhere
but trust me i dont think no hood is ready to take on guerillas.
trip this out, an american soldiers life aint worth nothin but $500! LOL!!!

comton is as bad as they say it is i aint been there since early last year
but i keep my ear to the streets! in early 93 i stayed on cookacre in limehood. them dudes was pushin they line too! they sweated my brothers
and me a couple times but they saw we was with our family, they just told us to keep the flue to a minimum LOL! people be gettin they caps twisted
daily out there though.

i remember i ran across this ese from largos or 70's this dude was trying to slang some grenades they aint playin in the hub!!!

Compton has nothing nice about it. When the city comes to mind, people think of the hood, drugs, murder, guns, etc. Nothing nice about it. It's not even safe during the day it's so dangerous. Plus it even has a street called Piru in the north, which reveals what made the city famous in the first place, which is its notorious gang activity. There's also very few blocks in Compton without a gang. There's at least 20-30 gangs there, even more than Pasadena. Detroit's worse, but Compton's worse by far around here.

in 00 i ran met one of your homies i forget his name, but he had mausberg tatted on his right forearm, anyway him and this dude named
charlie moe from 151 was about to stomp out this 1 cat from one of them hustla hoods for tryin to show out in front of his homies, it was at this spot in gardena right off of vermont, but individually he was (ya homie )
pretty cool though!!!

Back in 1977/78 I used to be down in Compton and they were already with the killin and dissin each others hoods.

Since then I have frequently rolled through Comp Town and it don't stop. There are alot of sets neighboring small ares in Compton and beef with most surrounding sets plus the ese gangs. That means a Crip Gang will have beef with Crips, Bloods, and Sureno's in a close knit environment.

Everybody always want to trip on Cali talking about it aint hard but then for some strange reason they always want to cee like us. Dont take your insecurities out on us. And if I aint mistaken a couple of years ago they called a state of emergency in Compton cuzz of all the killings so ask yourself if its really that hard or not. Or ask some of the peoples family who got killed at that pretty park wether the gym or the economy (which for the record minorities in Cali have more people living below the poverty line than a majority of the rest of the country) helped ease their pain.
