Nah, but I think if any gangs break off from either set, they may only keep their secondary color. Like if Grape sts were no longer crips, which would never happen, they would keep their purple bandana and thas it. But as of now, in L.A. city especially, no new gangs will be created. Also, if a gang migrated from the midwest, or if a clique turned into a gang, it would be somewhat foolish because they'd have no allies.

R-Tistic i cant go along with that cus of the gang known as the "stones". Ya kno, cus they started in the Chi waaayyy back in the day and they went to LA and became a redrag hood (turn out) they probably didnt have much of a choice in the matter but sh*t. if it happed once it could happen again.
