Thats from UTAH, not too sure which gangs they have there. Im pretty certain NLR is only in Cali. The tattoos are done pretty good, I love black and grey work, Im a collector myself and currenly have 2 half sleves so far.

Are you kidding thats nothnig. I have seen plenty of dudes with Swazis on their neck, foreheads, I have seen tats on a dudes neck that was the heads of black guys on stakes. Long Beach is full of skinheads that aint no joke.
