Bob Marley is portrayed to be a pot smoking, rasta, Jamaican, but he is more than that. He was a great song writer who used his talent to teach and uplift blacks and other marginalized people. A lot of people like to neglect his more realistic songs for the jammin type tunes, but I ask yall to ponder on some of these lyrics...they are very simple, yet very profound about blacks' global conditions.
