LOL! That look's tight but sorry to say thats all fake, there are no pics about the game out yet. They have not released really much about the game. The only thing they have shown is what the cover of the game will look like, and its all black with the title on it.

Rockstar have released a basic summary of the plot of GTA San Andreas, confirming that it'll be set in the early 1990's.

"Five years ago Carl Johnson escaped from the pressures of life in Los Santos, San Andreas...a city tearing itself apart with gang trouble, drugs and corruption. Where filmstars and millionaires do their best to avoid the dealers and gangbangers.

Now, it's the early 90s. Carl's got to go home. His mother has been murdered, his family has fallen apart and his childhood friends are all heading towards disaster.

On his return to the neighborhood, a couple of corrupt cops frame him for homicide. CJ is forced on a journey that takes him across the entire state of San Andreas, to save his family and to take control of the streets."


The summary appears to indicate that the game will not be set in "San Andreas", instead Los Santos. It could possibly also be said that it'll take place in more than one city, from the last sentence of this short announcement by Rockstar.

maybe by san andreas they only meant it to be some kind of link with u know the san andreas rift. not the actual name of a real city so it could very well be in la without saying the real name of the city

San Andreas, the next highly anticipated title of GTA is not going to dissapoint! The game is roughly 6 times as large (in size and in depth) as vice city.

Now some of you may think San Andreas is the name of the city in which you'll be expanding you criminal empire. Well your dead wrong. San Andreas is a whole STATE! 3 cities the size of vice city with a long, drivable countryside inbetween! They are Los Santos (los angelas) San Fierro (San Francisco) and Las Venturra (los vegas). its set in Califronia (obviously) in the early 1990s. Although the story isnt that clear yet, you play the role of a gang leader and you actually recruit members to follow you around and kill off the citizens. You and your gang will break into and rob houses, perform 4-person drivebys, and assualt enemy territory together. However, when you're alone, you have much more to do than just drive now. you have a stamina meter, and must eat food and exercise regularly to maintain your speed and stamina. if you eat burgers and ice cream and never visit the gym, your character actually gets fatter, slows down, takes less damage, and pedestrians (as well as enemies) will call you a "fat b*****d". Being fat will greatly decrease your odds of completing missions, so you need to eat right, and visit the gym. However, there are also new moves available to you. Swimming (this will be great for all you people who have trouble keeping themselves from flying off a PCG into the bay) and bicycle riding (which increases your stamina). the new vehicles will favor the califrnia style of pimped out lowriders. There arent many new weapons currently being thought up, and we arent garunteed too many new ones. interior areas are now far more than just malls and save points. there will be amny more houses (for robbing) and gang bases to infiltrate. The graphics are unbelievably better, and despite all this, theres no occasional lag or slowdown.

Where did you get this info from? Seems like gta making it more like the game sims. So far the game should be very good, hope its not a easy fast game to beat.
