that fool's jokes get stolen all the time. he just gets little public exposure and then other comedians come in and steal his jokes.

I like Dave Chappelle but on one his quick standups he stole the joke about how Hollywood messes up minorities in movies (The Last Samurai - Starring Tom Cruise; The Mexican - starring Julia Roberts, etc.)
