in the mid west some niggas get the cuts in thier eyebrows to rep.Example a member of the Insane Deuces might get two cuts in thier right eyebrow,the 2 cuts because the number 2 is a Deuce symbol,and the right eyebrow because they are folks.Other folks might get 6 cuts in thier right eyebrow,or someone who is people might get 5 cuts in thier left eyebrow.

I haven't been to LA in a couple years so I haven't seen it, but if the mexicans in Los Angeles are doing it, it's probably for the same reason as having 3 dots. It could represent Sur 13, mi vida loca, etc. That could be a possible reason. I can't do it and be cool because I already got a scar there that makes my eyebrow look crooked.
