Thats why he got shot. But the song wasn't meant to lock niggaz up. It was meant to give it up for his hood. Slim/Chaz was with him when he did the song he didn't consider it snitching,neither did Preme at first. Everything he said was history in the hood nobody went down for it so how is it snitching? In my hood you got to lock niggaz up to called a snitch.

Preme didnt get locked up because of 50. He mainly got accused of ordering a hit on another rapper named E Money Bags. Preme was accused of many things like money laundering, drugs, murders and many more. 50 didnt get Preme locked up and 50 aint stupid. The reason why he laughin at Preme because Preme is nothing now. He aint big no more and he dont act like he a tough guy no more.

Thats y i let it go. Cause he obviously didn't know why Preme was locked up. But he was so sure 50 was a snitch with no evidence so i just let it go.
