tru that buck.When I go visit other cities I dont go looking for ghettos to kick it in.Chaos if you were visiting the mil and ventured into the ghetto and even seen how alot of milwaukee even looks(dope houses on every blocks ,trash littered streets,filthy allies with broken glass shattered around,abandoned boarded up houses,niggas out on the block hustling,shooting dice,crack heads walking around,etc) you would take your ass back to your hotel or whatever.Why would you want to stick around in the ghetto of a city you know nothing about?I dont know about you but i visit other places to have fun not see how gutter thier ghettos are.And yea its always over 100 murders a year in the mil,and thats alot,and its fucked up because its mostly black men killing black men.The highest amount of murders in a year in milwaukee was 189 in the early 90s.Your ''thats it?'' comment was ignorant as hell and thats why niggas got offended.

Ive been to Mil...Place is cool, reminded me of St.Paul Minn in a way but of course much bigger. I met a lot of GDs who claimed to be from the Chi...And dont trust those statistics I can personally tell u they are false.

Yea theres Breeds up here.They be on the same shit the BGs in the chi be on....making bread.Some of the Breeds fight each other here too.BGs acting like moes?thats weird.Breeds and Stones got a totally diffrent concept.Breeds can wear they hats anyway they want since they aint folks or people,but i know some that wear thiers to the right because they hang with folks.Others dont give a fuck and wear thiers right or left.MCs....I have met quite a few of them up here,some from Chicago.They be on making they money for the most part.Mickey Cobras used to be alot deeper then they are now in the mil back in the days.They had a few spots on lock.Now they aint as deep but they still here.They deep enough that some MCs dont know each other.IUKs they make some noise....they be on the southside.They cool with Latin Kings and they shake up with each other and all.

there used to be Latin Eagles in Milwaukee back in the 80s,in riverside high school and on parts of the eastside.The Eagles are Latin Folks and and there are still some in illinois.They faded away here thou.Now the puerto ricans on the eastside got a local gang called 'east side Mafiasos'.Theres some Spanish Cobras,MLDs and Kings over there too but the biggest Puerto Rican gang on the eastside of the Mil are the Mafiaosos I would say.The main latino neighborhoods in Milwaukee are on the southside,thats where most of the LKs,MLDs,ISCs,IUKs,IGs,etc are.There are blacks on the east that call themselves East Side Gangsters but GDs dont honor them.

Deuce deuce stands for 22nd street,its not a 'mob' per se just niggas reppin thier block.

^^^^^Yeah, since the Breeds are independent they act funny like that. Some rock they shit to the right, some to the left. But down here they click up with the Moes to fight the Folks. I guess cause the Folks deeper and they been handin it to em' over the years so they clicked up. Not all the Breeds on that Stone clickin shit but some is. Some of em' start rockin red and cockin they shit to the left and shakin up with em'.

That's kinda old really, 2 clickin ass mobs makin up handshakes and shit. That's mainly shorties though too. But then again you'll catch some older niggas doin that shit too.

their used to be eagles in milwaukee? didnt know that..figured they was only in chicago...but i barely hear about eagles now...before they was pretty big around irving..around lakeside school...not too sure about now.....i heard there was breeds in elgin but not to sure about that..i know there a lot of maniacs and kings in elgin...

yea there were LEs up here in the 1980s but not anymore...

and the only other mobs I seen Moes making handshakes up with is Vice Lords,4CHs,LKs etc....other people Nations.I HIGHLY doubt BPS in the mil would shake up any breed symbol,even if they cool with them Breeds.In the mil,even if niggas is cool with niggas that are in other Nations,they dont shake up symbols with them they just do the regular handshake any two men would do.Only time Ive seen niggas make up handshakes throwing each others symbols up is if its two folks nations or two people nations.

milwaukee is like 35% black and 12 percent latino

theres some LKs and Cobras around Humboldt park in the mil

yea there are independant clicks in the mil,or diffrent clicks of niggas in nations(example these GDs dont kick it with these other GDs,or these CVLs dont kick it with these other CVLs,etc)

yea the lakefront be cracking in the summer fine thick hoes

Violent crime in Milwaukee fell 17.8% in the first eight months of the year compared with that period in 2003, police officials said Monday, while the overall crime rate dropped 14.3%.

Additionally, as of Monday, homicides were down 20% and on track to remain below 100 for the first time since 1988, when the year's total was 86.

Police officials downplayed the chance the homicide tally would finish in double digits, noting that a rash of killings could quickly put the city back on par with last year, when 106 people were killed. Homicides stood at 61 on Monday, compared with 76 on the same date last year.

The drop comes after violent crime in Milwaukee fell by 8.6% and property crime dipped by 6.8% in 2003 compared with the year before, bringing crime in the city to a 23-year low.

The FBI, which collects crime data, classifies violent crime as homicide, sexual assault, robbery and aggravated assault, and property crime as burglary, theft, car theft and arson.

Police Chief Nannette Hegerty, who took office last November, pointed to moves such as putting more officers on the street and reviving the gang unit as at least part of the reason for the improved numbers.

Hegerty said crime can be "cyclic," affected by factors other than police efforts, but she is convinced officers are making a difference.

Even as crime dropped, police have made more arrests while also cutting the department's overtime by $4.7 million compared to last year, Hegerty said.

"You have to say the department is doing something right," Hegerty said Monday. "I thought reducing crime was doable and achievable. All I want to do is keep driving it down."

She also said police are teaming up with community groups and elected officials to cut crime.

"Don't ever think it's the police acting alone," she said.

Hegerty said she has put 32 officers who had been working desk jobs back on the streets, and cut activities she said didn't make sense, such as having officers and detectives practice and perform in the department band while on duty.

"I said, 'Why are we doing that? It doesn't make any sense,' " she said, adding that the band is now a voluntary, off-duty activity.

Reviving the gang unit in May has been one of the chief's biggest moves. The citywide group had been dismantled in 1998 by former Chief Arthur Jones.

"We have been aggressive, targeting the bad guys," said Deputy Chief Brian O'Keefe. "We will do whatever we can within legal limits to eliminate whole gangs, not just one or two individuals."

Car theft was the only one of the eight FBI-tracked crimes that had been up in Milwaukee earlier this year. O'Keefe said the department gave special training to patrol officers a couple months ago to help them spot stolen autos. Auto theft is now slightly down from last year, he said.

Im sure Milwaukee get at least a 100 a year. like homie said its a little chicago its in close proximity. as far as madison, kenosha, greenbay and eau clare WI they aint on shit. superior WI has some sets but mostly affiliated with drug trade rather then actual bangin.
