True allies of the Hoovers???

Does anyone know any TRUE allies of the Hoovers that are still down with the Grooves right now???

I know people been saying Schoolyards, Shotguns, Grape Streets, and Insanes are cool with the Hoovers but, is it still like this??? And what about Eight Tray gangsters??? Are ETG still warring with 74/83 Hoovers???

ANd of course, what about smaller hoods getting their groove on with the Hoover car???? ANy????

the hoovas have inside PROBLEMS AND ON THE 83 VS HOOVAS BEEF I DOT THINK 83 HOOVA ARE IN WAR WITH ETG ....THE HEARD ABOUT GRAPES STREET AND HOOVAZ BUT ITS AN ON OFF SHIT , SHOT GUN IS ARE HOOVAS GROOPIES ,THE INSANES ARE HOOVAZ ALLIES HOOSANE CONECTION ...I THINK HABOR CITY CRIPS 252 ARE COOL WITH HOOVAZ TOO ...

I thought I read in Monster's book that the ETG's/83 Hoovers clicced up against the 60's? Of course that was years ago and things can change over time.
