aside from psychological profiling for police, they dont really "screen" for racism when hiring for service jobs.

I wouldn't worry about skinheads becoming doctors or lawyers, Nickels. Most of them are dirt poor and dirt dumb.

And Skinheads aint poor trash, they are working class guys not some f*cking trailer trash.

I believe what he's getting at is the traditional skinhead, which is nothing like the "skinheads" the Americans have come to know. Skinheads today in America are a bastardized version of the UK skins from the past. At least I believe that's what he's getting at.
