Another Fool Got Caught Up Hangin' With An Idiot

Unread post by Common Sense » March 17th, 2008, 7:52 pm

This thread is dedicated to the countless stupid people AKA "followers" that get themselves into serious trouble, by hangin' out with someone who is an IDIOT. If you only just would have went home, called it a night, ya wouldn't be doing 25 to Life.

IDIOT: A fool who will do serious time over brief idiotic decisions that makes NO SENSE. Usually operates on emotions without any forethought also easily triggered. Most likely figures it out after the consequence has been handed down. (Example: Idiot has life in prison "Maybe I shouldn't have done that?")

FOLLOWER/FOOL: A bigger fool than the idiot. A follower will do the same amount of time without actually commiting the crime. This is the fool that got caught up in the idiots Bule-Shyt. Most likely wouldn't be in trouble, if he or she would have chose their friends more wisely.

May you never end up on this thread. If you do, you are dumber than the idiot, and you have no one but yourself to blame

Two Charged with Murdering Federal Employee at ATM Machine

LOS ANGELES – A man and woman from Inglewood were charged with capital murder today in the fatal shooting of an off-duty U.S. Customs and Border Protection worker who was killed at an ATM in West Los Angeles.

McKenzie Carl Bryant (The Idiot), whose street moniker is “Little Fire Bug “ and Enjoli Elan McClendon (The Fool) were arrested last week by detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department’s Commercial Crimes Division. McClendon, 22 (dob 3/8/1986), was arrested on Thursday. Bryant, 23 (dob 8/18/1985), was picked up a day later.

They were charged in case No. ###### filed by the District Attorney’s Hardcore Gang Division. McClendon was expected to appear for arraignment in Los Angeles Superior Court this afternoon. Bryant was due in court tomorrow. Both are being held without bail.

The complaint charges the pair with murdering Mylus Mondy on March 9. It was alleged the crime was committed during a robbery, making it a capital case under California law. The District Attorney’s office has not, however, made a decision on whether to seek the death penalty against either or both defendants. That decision is made when the case moves closer to trial.

The defendants were charged with one count each of murder with the special circumstance of robbery murder, attempted first-degree automated teller machine robbery and first-degree automated teller machine robbery. The complaint alleged that Bryant used a handgun to kill Mondy.

Mondy was shot to death after walking up to an ATM in the 6600 block of La Cienega Westway. Police said the assailant was a man demanding money.

Sure thing. The latest with these two dum dum's, they have to go back to court and face the music on June 19, 2008. Enjoli Elan McClendon, 22 (The Fool), is gotta be thinking, "Man, I shouldn't had not done that shit."

The murder charge includes the special circumstance allegation that Mondy was killed in the attempted commission of a robbery. Prosecutors will decide whether to seek the death penalty as the case draws closer to trial.

Ohio Teen Shot Dead After Egging Cars

September, 2008

COLUMBUS, Ohio — A Columbus teenager who was throwing eggs at cars as part of a late-night prank was fatally shot, police said Sunday.

Police said 16-year-old Garrett Burton was with at least one other teenage boy Saturday in the backyard of a home when someone shot him in the head just before 3 a.m. Police have no suspects.

The band at Westland High School, where Burton was a student, played the school's alma mater in memory of him at Saturday night's football game.

Another Columbus teen was killed in an egging incident in December 2006. Fourteen-year-old Danny Crawford was shot after a group of boys he was with threw an egg at a car. No one has been charged in that case.

CS Commentary:
First of all, out of respect I don't want to call this poor kid an idiot, eventhough what he was doing in the wee hours of the morning was idiotic. The lesson to this story is: There are plenty of crazy fools driving around the city in the wee hours of the morning. Egging people's cars might seem fun and funny for the time being, but you do risk the slight chance that you might just get F'kd Up one day.

"Gunman gets life in prison for killing federal employee in robbery attempt at Westside ATM"

A man was sentenced to life in prison today for the murder of a federal employee last year at a Westside ATM.

McKenzie Carl Bryant, 25, (The Idiot) was sentenced to life without parole, plus 56 additional years in prison, according to the L.A. County District attorney's office.

A Superior Court jury deliberated for about a day before finding Bryant guilty in June of first-degree murder for the killing and attempted robbery of Mylus Mondy, a U.S. Customs and Border Protection employee, in March 2008.

Second Defendant Sentenced
in Westside ATM Case

November 20, 2009

LOS ANGELES – A 23-year-old Inglewood woman convicted of the murder of a federal employee at a Westside ATM was sentenced to prison today, the District Attorney’s Office announced.

Deputy District Attorney Charles Chaiyarachta of the Hardcore Gang Division said Enjoli Elan McClendon (The Fool) was sentenced to 25 years to life in state prison. McClendon was convicted of one count each of first-degree murder, robbery and attempted robbery.

Co-defendant McKenzie Carl Bryant, who was tried separately, was sentenced on Sept. 4 to life in prison without the possibility of parole, plus an additional 56 years to life.

Bryant, the triggerman, was convicted of first-degree murder. Jurors found true the special circumstance of murder during an attempted robbery and also convicted Bryant of attempted first-degree automated teller machine (ATM) robbery, first-degree ATM robbery and possession of a firearm by a felon. The jury also found true the allegation that Bryant used a handgun to commit the crimes.

Mylus Mondy, 48, an off-duty U.S. Customs and Border Protection worker, was fatally shot on March 8, 2008 at a Westside ATM after Bryant demanded money. McClendon drove the getaway car.

CS Commentary: Girl Friend is a bigger idiot than Dum Dum with the gun. Look how much time she got, just by being the get away driver. "Actually they didn't get away." That's why this particular thread is so important. People get screwed everyday purely on the poor choices they make. Being Dum Dum's getway driver was not worth the consequences for the few dollars an ATM spit's out.

Gang Member Sentenced To Life In Prison Without Parole For Murder
Jamar Thomas Was Convicted For Killing A 66-Year-Old Security Guard

June 18, 2010

INDIO -- A Palm Springs gang member was sentenced today to life in prison without the possibility of parole for the fatal beating and robbery of a 66-year-old security guard.

Jamar Thomas, 21, (The Idiot) was found guilty in April of first-degree murder and other charges stemming from the June 9, 2007, attack on Bower Security Co. guard Wallace Brown near Rosa Parks Road and El Dorado Boulevard.

The jury that convicted Thomas spared him the death penalty, deciding instead that he should spend his life in prison. Judge James Hawkins formalized the panel's recommendation.

Thomas looked back at family members one last time before being led from the courtroom. His attorney, John Hemmer, plans to file an appeal later this afternoon.

"I am still very happy the jury didn't go for the death penalty," the defense attorney said.

The victim's family did not attend the hearing.

Deputy District Attorney Manny Bustamante said he could not comment on the sentence because of the pending trial of Thomas' co-defendant, Darius Lee, (Fool #1) who faces the death penalty if convicted. Lee's trial is expected to begin Monday.

Another co-defendant, 20-year-old Jerrett Lewis,(Fool #2) was convicted in May of first-degree murder and is awaiting sentencing. Lewis was a juvenile at the time of the crime and faces life behind bars without the possibility of parole.

Murder and other charges were dismissed against a fourth co-defendant, Akil Williams,(Fool#3) when a judge ruled there was not enough evidence to hand his case over to a jury.

Prosecutors allege the four -- dressed in the colors of the Gateway Posse Crips street gang -- hurled rocks at Brown's van, shattering the windows, before pulling the guard from the vehicle and beating him for his wallet and cell phone.

Brown, a onetime Marine, died at a hospital three days later without regaining consciousness.

Thomas' attorneys contended there was no forensic evidence that he was involved in the beating.

CS Commentary: Akil Williams aka Fool #3. You are extremely lucky. You are a fool though. The fact that you would put yourself in the position that almost got you F-up. You can go two ways now. #1- Drop these so called buddies of yours and do something with yourself or #2- You can graduate from "Fool" to "Full Fledge Idiot" and join the ranks of these other brillant sociopaths on this and similar threads. Good luck with your life. I really hope you figure yourself out before it's too late.
