one of my teachers a few years ago who i still talk to is from humboldt park. my city of brownsville has a low violent crime rate compared to places like chicago. so he was saying that he wished all the cholos from brownsville could go to humboldt park n see what a real hood is like. he talked about how bad it was n that its run by the latin kings.

ive only heard of a few vatos say there latin kings here in brownsville but i dont hear of them doing anything but i have heard of latin kings doing killings in other cities here in the rio grande valley (south texas)

Humboldt Park is the main Puerto Rican area of Chicago. It's the motherland for Latin Kings, Imperial Gangsters, Latin Disciples, and Spanish Cobras.

Humboldts probly one of the most gang infested hoods in chi-town. Theres 2 big Imperial Gangsta sets and the original Latin Kings which are real deep. Other than those big 3, theres alot(at least 10) small MLD sets, alot of CVL and Spanish Cobras, n some more small LK sets.
