White Power graffiti - Pecker Woods

this looks like some white power graffiti. my guess it is Inland Empire White

IE PW means Inland Empire Peckerwoods. They a real clique.

why would they be in Long Beach? and would you consider them a gang?

I would consider them a gang with a lot of different cliques in various locations. They introduced meth to Austin Texas, for example, and established a clique there. They are one of the gangs the NLR has traditionally drawn their members from. IEPW does get around. NLR and their WP friends are all over IE, OC, and LA and they have a presence in all three areas. As for Long Beach, that would be the Northside. Now does IEPW have an established permanent clique in LB? I'm not from there so couldn't say for sure but I doubt it. You have NLR and skins in North LB so IEPW probably visiting.
