Naw, their beef with HLP is real. F13 tried to post up on Strickland Ave back in the day and that is HLP's hood. I was down there and pulled up in the alley to take a leak and the F13's ran up all psycho on me looking for HLP's. After words were exchanged I end up getting into it with them and have some stab wounds to show for it.

I dont know who did it but, one 38st member was killed last month right at the Vernon Blue Line Station. They say, the fools was mexican who did it but, im not saying no HOODS >. THe guy from 38st was Flako and youngster about 16.

There are still dudes who just claim UBC13, I know one of their G's really well. Evn went down there a few times to make a purchase or two. This was like in 98-99.
