Sac-Town is pretty close to Stockton...whats going down in Sac as far as Asian gangs? I know there are lot of Vietnamese in East/South Sac cuz there is just a gang of Pho spots along Stockton Blvd. The Filipinos seem to be along Mack Rd. in South Sac, but they also deep in Elk Grove.

HNS aint crip just cuz they ware blue. if HNS is crip then i guess sur13 are crips too. MOD aint bloods too, just cuz they red. to them its just colors, i see some down ass HNS wearing red all the time. its just the rag they throw up and its colers. saying that MOD and HNS are blood and crip is like saying every gang that use red and blue (sur13 and norta) are bloods and crips. to them it's just colors. originally MOD are red so AFG turn to blue, (AFG is started up HNS) but in the end it's just colors. (so that mean if HNS dont go beat up other hmong people just cuz they have on the wrong color) but some hmong gang do bang blood and crip. Some of it is indeed straight up imitation of like MTV pop culture stuff and others is more of a direct influence of their surroundings, guess its depends on where you grew up or live.
Much in the same way like if you live in texas your whole life youre probably gonna have a southern accent.
