im guessin its drugs than but alot of hoods see atc as black lovers cuz they always be kicken it with them,they call them addicted to crips

Were do you people get your info from? Ive been from ATC13 since the 90's and Ive never hung out with the Harlems and their is no way in hell that we've ever paid them shit. We just share the same hood. The truth is alot has to do with the older homies and the Harlems that made up the part of ATC that was black when we were all taggers. The homies on 48th have been coo with the 40's and me and some homies have been coo with the FTB's. So what! It can be business or just being coo cause we share the same blocks. Aint nothing to it. And when it comes down to it, Its puro ATC 13.
Know that I think about it we've had some altercations with the Harlems , too.
