It was about 09:00 am when Juan Jose Fierros Haro, coordinator of municipal courts of the City of Tlaquepaque addressed a truck Hummer in color white, not plate, accompanied by another lawyer , was at that time that armed men fired at them.

The incident occurred in the streets of colonial San Pedrito, part of the Guadalajara metropolitan area, reports say the officer to be attacked with gunfire lost control of his truck and crashed into a fence.

Jalisco state authorities moved immediately to the scene after receiving calls from neighbors who warned what happened and the officer found dead aged 31, who had been brutally gunned down, while his companion identified as Alfredo López Aguilar was rushed to hospital the town and presenting several gunshot wounds.

In the scene found at least 10 shell casings, as reported by experts from the Jalisco Institute of Forensic Sciences.
