^SSK (South Side Kings, Sick of Society Kings) was a tagging crew from Anaheim, OC. They came up some time in the early 90's. May have been created before that. Not sure the exact date they started. They were pretty deep back then. From what I remember hearing SSK had a click in LA or was originally from LA. But in Anaheim SSK had the walls and freeways on lock back in the day. I had family in Anaheim back then and remember seeing SSK getting up the most. At some point SSK started banging and turned into a full on gang. They now go by South Side Krooks. I believe they claim Cambridge Ave. in Anaheim as their hood. They're still alive and active. Throughout all the years I've never heard of a KWS/SSK connection. Two completely different crews that I've never heard mentioned in the same sentence till now. There isn't any KWS in OC. But again I remember hearing there was a SSK click in LA at some point. Now I'm curious if KWS/SSK are hooked up like that.

When I was coming up... KWS and NKS were running buddies... Same enemies and all... Then later on when that shit started dying out it became the three of them... KWS/NKS/SSK....

Yeah... Thats it KCC which was down with KWS back in the day... But I did start seeing SSK up in LA around LA High... and it was NKS not NSK... I've heard of NSK... But I'm talking about Never Kaught Slippen aka Natural KingS... They and KWS in my nec of the woods (West South Central) were clicked up together... Then KCC came in a little later... KWS/NKS/KCC vs NBT/WDC/MLK/NTS....
