I think this is great that gang activity is declining. Maybe young Blacks & Hispanics have more opportunities, jobs, and other things to do.

And I hate to say this but I wonder if part of the reason gangbanging is down has to do with a smaller percentage of Black people in LA than there was in the 80s and 90s.
