I dont think the 40s drove them out. I would say that the 43 Hoovers were fading by the time the 40s were growing in that area.

that sounds possible. When did the 40s have their DarkSide because if I remember correctly when 40s first started, 43 Hoovers were still active, but the 40s were west of Vermont at the time.

Yeah, I dont think it was an issue where 40s took over the 43 Hoovers. A bunch of them moved away, went to jail, and just faded during a time when the 40s were started their Dark Side click. Before that it was Untouchable Brims or Unton Brims in that area.
