Atwater Locos
A varrio that did exist in the Atwater Village area of Northeastern Los Angeles in the 1980s, but are now defunct, there was another post made about the "La Mirada Locos" gang, and how they were related by blood with the "Atwater Locos" gang, their is also an article that states a Glassell Park gang member, which I believe is another gang that is also defunct, shot and killed a 14 year old kid because he was wearing a jersey that had "Atwater 13" on it, the kid stated that the only reason he shot him was because the victim was wearing a jersey related to a "rival gang" and didn't "want the other kids to join Atwater", If he admitted that they were rivals, then they had to exist at one point in time, the only other info I found about this gang was that they were also rivals of the Toonverville gang.

Turns out, it was "Atwater Boys", and they formed in the 80's, they later changed their name and became "Thee Rascals 13" over in the Atwater village area of Los Angeles. Today they are big time rivals of Tooverville Rifa 13 and Avenues 13, so in a sense they are still active, and not defunct, my mistake.

THEE RASCALS started as a football club called Thirteen Rats. Then they turned into Thee Rascals and were a clika of DIAMOND STREET and were based off Edgeware. Eventually they moved to their current location. Maybe they merged with the guys you’re talking about.
