Re: WHO HAS PLAYED THE NEW GTA GAME
killjoy I hear you on that. All gta game players are use to the directional buttons to drive, steer etc.Now as you said you gotta use the analog stick to move.It don't give you the best movement control I think, but it could just be me.Any comments on this from othersK1LLJOY wrote:i hate this game for the simple fact that you cant use the regualr arrows kuz rockstart wanted to be an a-ss hole to me i hate using that f-ckinganalog to drive its a piece of sh-t!

Re: WHO HAS PLAYED THE NEW GTA GAME
I have a question. Why be coming to streetgangs talking about their video games anyways? Most of the clothes questions be about non-SoCal residents trying to figure out what "real" gangstas wear. What has this got to do with living in and on the streets of SoCal? Fess up fools.
Re: WHO HAS PLAYED THE NEW GTA GAME
i tried it at my friends place, thus it wasn't the whole game.. cant wait for it to come out to PC

Re: GRAND THEFT AUTO: SAN ANDREAS

Re: GRAND THEFT AUTO: SAN ANDREAS
True. So i suppose that grove st. families were supposed to be bloods? From the looks of it, rock star games did a good job at crafting this game cuz it deals with some real life issues that we've never seen in a GTA game before.

Re: GRAND THEFT AUTO: SAN ANDREAS
when in the game do the northern n southern hispanics not get along?
Re: GRAND THEFT AUTO: SAN ANDREAS
In one of the missions for Big Smoke CJ says " damn I though north and soutside ese's didnt mix" or something along those lines.
Go here - http://groups.msn.com/GrandTheftAutoGamer it is a mini website I made but has loads of info and cool stuff about GTA:3, Vice City, and San Andreas.
By the way did anyone know that one of gangters from Grove Street was modeled after Kevin "O Dog" from Menace II Society. He has short dreadlocks and a green flannel shirt and looks exactly like in the movie.
I got some of this stuff and other cool things posted in the 'Easter Eggs' section of San Andreas so check my site out.

but anyway the game is hot, i beat it last week. the funnest parts are in los santos with all the gang wars.
it gets borin after you beat it, all you could do is turf wars but i took over the whole los santos, the whole map is green,

Re: GRAND THEFT AUTO: SAN ANDREAS
go to your house in grove stret an pick up a camera, then recruit a grove street gang memeber and look at him thru the camera,he will put up the "B" sign, now put in the cheat code that says recruit anyone and recruit a baller gang member, now point the camera at him and u will see him thro up the letter "C" sign...looks to me like, tree top piru and grape street, jus somethin i was thinkin bout
Re: GRAND THEFT AUTO: SAN ANDREAS
Anyone notice in the start of the game when the cops drop off CJ in the wrong hood, he says "this is balla country". This kind of thing happens in Menace II Society when the cops drop off the 2 guys in the wrong hood except it is a Mexican gang varrio. And hence the game is based on the same time period as the movie Menace II Society was filmed.
Also the named/modeled some places after real hoods etc, for example:
Ganton - Compton
Verona Beach - Venice Beach
Idlewood - Inglewood
Vinewood - Hollywood
Las Venturas - Las Vegas
San Fierro - San Francisco

Re: GRAND THEFT AUTO: SAN ANDREAS

Re: GRAND THEFT AUTO: SAN ANDREAS
I got it as soon as it came out. I pre-ordered it. Maybe there is a glitch because I cannot take pictures at all in San Fierro. The places where the little icon is don't show anything

Re: GRAND THEFT AUTO: SAN ANDREAS
i got this bug where i cant go to the gym anymore. i can eat all i want but the gym always tells me to come back the next day even if i save or wait a whole day. i read its a bug that happens if you dont eat for a few days and then save without eating. i dont know how to undo the bug though :S
Re: GRAND THEFT AUTO: SAN ANDREAS
^^^^YEAH THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME!!
Re: GRAND THEFT AUTO: SAN ANDREAS
I dont get what bug yall are reffering too. I guess I never expierenced any problems with my game.
Re: GRAND THEFT AUTO: SAN ANDREAS
Gym Glitch -- The infamous gym glitch is simply that it says that you cannot work out, even though you haven't done any work that day. There are a few fixes. The first is to save the game into an unused slot, load that, save it to slot 1, and then reload slot 1. The trick I used was to remove all clothes on CJ and try working out. When that failed, I put his clothes back on, and I could work out again.
