I am trying something new here to keep this forum active. I am going to raffle a brand new iPod 20GB music player. Comes with everything, manual, CD, firewire plug, USB 2.0 plug, power adapter, ear phones, and of course the iPod itself. This particular model is currently retailing for $299.00.

If you want to enter the raffle, send me $1.00 and you will be enter. After I receive enough payments, maybe one week or two weeks (depending on how many people participate), I will randomly pic a name from the ones I receive, and they get the iPod. Simple as that.

You must not know me and how I do biz,.. but when I get enough participants is when I will do the drawing. I am hoping a week or two, but thus far only three people participated.

Also, if I don't get enough particpants, all those that already paid, will be reimbursed immediately.

The reason I was doing this it to raise a little bit of capital to pay for some aspects of the page. My bandwidth is increasing and I am creating a video clip section so you can watch some interesting clips from my personal archive and that will increase my bandwidth traffic, so i thought it would be a cool way to raise some revenue, doing giveaways.

If you send more that $1.00, your name will be entered into the draw box more times. If you send $10.00, your name will be written on 10 cards and entered into the box, so you will have more chances to win.

I am starting to receive some dollars in the mail now, but we will need some more participation to get this crackin.

no its not too late, I am hoping i get more participants but there are not many. I hope this changes, 200 people come through here everyday and I can get even half of them to submit 1.00 for the raffle. But to those that submitted I have you down and thanks.

Alonso, mine is stricktly contribution for your site expenses, but it doesn't hurt to enter me for just 1 raffle spot, lol.

Maybe in the future you can charge a small fee for those that want access to the VIP sections - in advance every 3 months, maybe that way only those serious about contributing to the site can help with it staying on-line and expanding.

I feel that what you've done with this site is unique and goes along way, people from all walks of life can come into and get to know that there is people behind those gangster clothes and not just the criminal face that many have depicted us through out the decades.

A lot of positive learning can be done here, i for one appreciate this site.
