would stop. The two hands are prepared to come together, red and blue, Crip and Blood, as a sign to the future.
It was painted by Dray, a native of Los Angeles now living in Las Vegas, a city that has their own gang problems. His art was on exhibit at the Markman Gallery at The Regent Las Vegas in 2001.
